The opening title includes the Brown University logo with Prof. Salomon and BIOL0280, plus credits reading “With help from Suno for music” and “Codex for animation.” In the mitochondrial-entry scene, pyruvate crosses a visible opening in the porous outer membrane, then passes behind the cyan mitochondrial pyruvate carrier in the continuous, selective inner membrane. The “MITOCHONDRIAL MATRIX” label and dancing matrix resident remain inside the inner membrane, and pyruvate shrinks as it enters so the resident stays visible. The PDH gatekeeper clears immediately after a double drum hit, and TPP, lipoate, FAD, NAD+, and CoA each bounce and brighten when sung. Carbon dioxide leaves as a stream of rising bubbles that disappears when its phrase ends, an electron beam transfers reducing power, and NADH gains a gold corona and reaction rings that pulse on the analyzed musical beats. In every circular TCA diagram, the tracer and gold pathway highlight use the analyzed musical beats with a slight perceptual visual lead. Four helpers consistently identify the cycle’s carbon dioxide, FADH2, ATP, and NADH products; the numeral in carbon dioxide and FADH2 is drawn separately as a subscript to avoid font-display errors. A cellular lunch special of GTP, FADH2, and NADH appears in the center of the cycle on a dark panel, flanked by a roast-turkey drumstick and colorful vegetables. A translucent spotlight radiates from the center of the cycle toward the named enzyme, reaction, or metabolite. Word-level timing aligns succinate, fumarate, malate, and oxaloacetate with their sung names. During “not like fire, not all at once,” an overenthusiastic helper uses a flamethrower to scorch a marshmallow, labeled as the opposite of controlled oxidation. Other visual jokes include a brief exploding GTP spark, a furnace, and a failed all-at-once plan that lingers before the helper returns. In the redox-dark scene, GTP, NADH, and FADH2 helpers match the named products; the GTP helper bursts and disappears in the same interval as the GTP token while NADH and FADH2 remain. A refill thermometer begins overflowing at its established time, then builds into a full burst as four gold oxaloacetate carbon dots appear; a flower blooms in the upper-right; three pyruvate carbons grab one carbon dioxide carbon to form four-carbon oxaloacetate in a linear chain; and a pointed, veined leaf accompanies the animated fat droplet and glyoxylate shortcut. The Metabolic Express crosses a dark star field. In the electron-transport scene, a carrier crest advances exactly one complex per measured beat while electron packets flow on the same beat phase. ATP keeps its timed bounce but does not receive the traveling carrier highlight. The electron packets terminate at oxygen, and a reaction panel shows O2 forming H2O with manually drawn subscripts. At both sung occurrences of “ATP for you,” an original poster-style Uncle Sam points toward an ATP token that zooms outward over a darkened background. In the final scene, the ATP graphic dissolves into smoke.

</details>

Music created with Suno.
