| Spectral annotation software - We are initiating a new open source project for the display of MS/MS spectra optimized for the manual validation process. This platform-independent Java software will be developed through SourceForge.net. We believe the open source paradigm is perfect for the rapid development of useful tools to benefit the proteomics community. We hope that this project will catalyze similar efforts in the development of proteomic software. |
